Day Off

Today, there were no scheduled activities. It was a day off with just us as a family.

There was progress on the sleep schedule. Kathryn did not force us to get up until almost 5 AM :-P . Our goal is 7 AM at the earliest, but... Kimberly did not wake up until just after 8 AM. She slept through the night, though around 1 AM she did what I will call "sleep crawling". She was talking and crawling around, but she appeared to be asleep! If it continues, it maybe something to keep an eye on.

After breakfast at the White Swan Coffee Shop buffet, we went out to spend an hour shopping before it was time to put Kimberly down for her morning nap. After she woke, we fed her and then let her play in her crib. She did not mind it at all, as long as Momma was in view.



Kimberly has relaxed a bit around us. There are more smiles, and less fussing. She still prefers Momma. Depending on her mood, she sometimes does not mind crawling on the floor to explore the room. Previously, if you put her on the floor, she would just cry. When Momma is in the room, she tends to crawl towards Momma and wants "up". Usually, where ever she goes, big sister is right next to her, playing with her or helping.



We end the day with dinner at Lucy's Bar and Cafe and picking up our laundry from a nearby "Place".
