The bags are packed

We have finished packing all the bags and are now puttering around the house cleaning and taking care of minor details. The clothes are all laid out for tomorrow morning. We will be leaving the house around 9:30am which is a little early but we want plenty of time to check the suitcase and get through security. It also gives us a little extra time in case we oversleep or start running late.

We may even check-in tonight online and print our boarding passes so that we can use a special line tomorrow morning for our suitcase.

We each have one personal bag for use on the airplane and the adults will each have one carry-on. We will check one suitcase. I just hope that we don't need to buy another suitcase to bring all the shopping purchases home in. :)

The last thing that we will put in the suitcase is the laptop. It will probably go in tonight so our next update will be from Guangzhou, China.

Kathryn is very excited. Mom and Dad are a little less so since we know how long the flights are and we know how tired we are going to be by the time we get to the hotel. I'm very glad that we chose to arrive a day early so that we would have one whole day for resting and adjusting before getting Kimberly.
