Dossier has been mailed to China!

I received unofficial news that WACAP sent dossiers to China today. Somebody from one of my Yahoo! groups wrote that they were DTC after speaking with their agency (WACAP) today. Yeah!! Now we just have to wait for "official" notification that our dossier was in the group (should be) and to wait for our LID (which determines which batch of referrals we will be in).

We have officially entered the second phase of our adoption - waiting for a referral! This is one of the hardest parts. We know that it will be at least 7 months and maybe longer. The only part of the adoption process that is harder than this wait is the wait to travel to China after receiving our baby's picture.
